Indian line block workout

Conditions – Cold and clear, 32 degrees

I enjoyed coming to  The Arena this morning to lead a great group of men.

After our COT prayer, we mosied to the back of the school.

20 Side Straddle Hops, IC

15 Through the tunnel, IC

10 forward and backward Little Baby Arm Circles

20 Overhead claps

Next we lunge walked down the walkway to the school. 5 Burpee’s  then lunge walk back.

Mosie around the other side of the school to the covered walkway/bus drop-off.

Bearcrawl down the walkway stopping at each post to do one murkin.

The Main Thing:

We lined up our blocks along the driveway where the cones are. I put a card down showing each exercise (one per block). The last person didn’t use their block, but had to run down the driveway to the other end of the school and circle the fire hydrant. Everyone else was busy doing their selected exercise that was listed on the card. When the runner got back, they moved to the end of the line and everyone rotated forward. New exercise, new runner.

Exercises were: Markins, block swings, LBC’s, block squats, hello dolly’s, overhead presses x2. Recover, then new cards were laid down. Block dips, curls for the girls, curb jumps, thrusters, and two other exercises that I totally am drawing a blank on (should have saved the cards :).

Prayers for Woodstock. He came for the men’s group beforehand and ran some while we were working out.
