Warm-up: Group mosey followed by the classics (SSHs, TTTs, OACs, LBCACs, IWs)
Timed Merkin Workout (as many reps as possible in the time allowed while your partner counted and encouraged from a choice of the high plank, low plank, and people’s chair)
2 minutes (partners change positions after each set)
1 minute
30 seconds
Timed BBSU Workout (again as many reps as possible in the time allowed; this time the partner counted and held his partner’s feet in the high plank)
2 minutes (partners change positions after each set)
1 minute
Followed by
Partner hill runs with each pair doing a combination of each at the bottom of the hill
200 LBCs
100 squats
Group mosey back to the circle
Finished up with about 3 minutes of Mary
