YHC decided to take a Q that Drisoket had lead here at The Stand and do it again with a slight change. He had us do 19 reps of each exercise just so YHC could spend the entire WO trying to figure out why 19. The answer was “Just because!” Thanks Drisoket for this lovely beat down!!!
Grab a block and head back to the parking lot in front of the Shovel Flag. Prepare your mind to do some work! All of the exercises were supposed to be done IC with 20 reps of each except for the Incline merkins and BBSU. Shortly into the workout the PAX began to revolt by getting off count and there were several of the exercises that YHC knew that he could not do 20 IC. Not sure how many of each exercise we actually did. Although YHC is pretty sure that we did 15 of the majority. Once again Scribble let us know how stupid this was. And, due to the concrete destroying tailbones, some of the PAX did LBCs instead of BBSU. What I do know for sure is the men put in some solid work and will be feeling this for a while!
