P1 Seal Crawl to bench while P2 does Curls w/ block. P1 and P2 combine for 100

P1 Bear Crawl to light post while P2 does overhead press w/ block P1 and P2 combine for 100

P1 Crab Crawl to light post while P2 does chest press w/ block P1 and P2 combine for 100

Leave bricks and mosey to stairs next to bleachers

P1 runs up and does 5 Burpees. P2 Amrap LBC when P1 gets down PAX switch. Keep going for 10 mins

Mosey and return bricks to pile.
