Mossy back to the parking lot and explain the House of cards.
Four Corners:
A deck of cards at each corner w/ a joker hidden in one of the decks.
Hearts = LBC’s
Club = Crab Cakes
Diamond = Hillbillies
Spade = Scorpion Dry Dock
Back peddle from position one to position two.
Bear crawl from position two to position three
Karaoke from position three to position four
Albatross from position three to position four ( Albatross = A Lunge combined with Overhead Arm claps)
At each station draw a card, perform the number of reps per the number on the card.
Repeat until time runs out.
Oh, the joker – If you draw the joker, go to position one, pick up the bricks and do five burpee’s, position two four burpee’s, position three three burpee’s, position four two burpee’s, position one one burpee’s. Along the way hide the joker for someone else.
