Hey AOQ, where are the bricks?

YHC was looking forward to a pain free Q this morning and had some really fun things planned. All of this went bad before our 45 minutes of fun was up, but such as life. I owe the pax 8 minutes in May, and I will not forget it gents.

The Thang:

Mosey to get some bricks, but the bricks are not there. This is not going well, so improvise.

Round 1:

At pole 1, 10 burpees, lunge to pole 2, 9 burpees, lung to pole 3, I think you get the idea. Mosey around the soccer field track back to first pole.

Pole 1, 10 merkins, backwards run to pole 2, 9 merkins, etc. Mosey around track back to starting pole.

Pole 1, 10 squats, bear crawl to pole 2, 9 squats, etc. Mosey back to the shed.

This seemed like a good idea at the time, and I was winging it here, but feeling pretty good!

25 inclined merkins OYO

50 flutter kick IC (crowd pleaser)

25 box jumps… and this was where it went to crap. About 15 jumps into this clever idea, YHC’s knee popped and thus went crashing to the floor. it hurt, it sucked, it stole 8 minutes away from the pax. We decided after YHC could get on his feet that we would leave well enough alone and stopped there. YHC will make sure the pax get those 8 minutes back.

Prayers: Moist and family, his sister, her babies, and for her physical and mental strength and peace.

Moleskin: YHC would like to thank the guys for rallying around him at this point. YHC thought something had gone horribly wrong, and thus appreciated the encouragement and concern of all there. YHC would also like to point out these pax worked their tails off this morning.
