5 PAX came out to finish what the former Nantan of F3Lexington started on a cloudy and 63 degree morning.
Former Nantan Ken Doll educated 10 PAX on 04/05/2018 on the game of golf with Masters trivia and did a work out in honor of this prestigious tournament and did the front 9 holes of the Masters. Today I took a different approach. I don’t play golf, I don’t watch golf, I know very little about the game. I compiled some golf for dummies trivia. Read along. read the trivia questions and see how well you do. No cheating. The answers will be displayed at the bottom of the page. The work out went something like this.
After disclaimer and opening prayer the PAX moseyed to the lower end of the parking lot for warm up: SSH, TT tunnel, Imperial Walkers, Tea Party Toe Touches, Little Baby Arm Circles etc.
Mosey to the brick/block pile select a block and go back to the lower end of the parking lot for the tee off.
Hole #10 Camella par 4 495 yards. Tee off with 10 curls for the girls. Run and do 10 squats at first 4 light poles then plank for the six. Hole #13 Azalea par 5 510 yards. Tee off with 10 shoulder presses. Run and do 5 merkins at first 5 light poles plank for the 6. Trivia Question: Multiple choice. Spectators and players really enjoy this famous (BLANK) salad sandwich. A. Tuna B. Chicken C. Egg D. Pimento. Wrong answer 5 burpees right answer 2 burpees.
Hole #14 Chinese Fur par 4 440 yards. Tee off with 10 curls for the girls. Run and do 10 squats at the first 4 light poles plank for the 6. Trivia Question: This former Masters champion and one of the most famous players once had a domestic dispute with his former wife and was in a car accident in Florida.
Hole #15 Firethorn par 5 530 yards. Tee off with 10 shoulder presses. Run and do 5 merkins at the first 5 light poles plank for the 6. Put the blocks up. According to the leader board we are all knotted up and will need a sudden death playoff. Start at restroom building and around the parking lot to the shovel flag alternating 5 merkins and 5 squats at the light poles.
Finish up with a few rounds of merry: Ray Charles, dying cockroach, monkey humpers, boat canoe. Excellent work bay all PAX.
