The brave Pax of Smokehouse wondered out into the Gloom for what they thought was a Happy Trees “Q”. After the short Mosey to the practice field & a thorough COP they then got the “Shaft” when Happy Trees turned it over to Defect. Then the chatter really started… “Oh so that’s why you showed up”! Although I did post the previous Thursday I honestly can say I have had “Fart Sackitous” since I made a promise to myself to train specifically for the P200 in September so I would NOT get hurt & only showing up on occasion. Now back to the “Shaft”, actually the “Three Pain station total body beat down”.

The Thang: (Exercises could be performed in any order at each station, Each rotation increased x 5)
Station 1:
Squats with Blocks x 20
Tricep extension with Block x 20
V Up x 20
Colt 30 curls x 30 (Colt curls basically like Colt 45’s but in 10’s)
Station 2:
T push up x 25
(T pushup was newly developed for the Army Combat Readiness Test, Basically a hand release merkin but your arms go out to create a T)
American Hammers X 50
Walking lunges x 25 ea leg
Tire step ups x 25 ea leg
Station 3:
Swedish pull up 4 count (25 reps)
Hanging leg tuck x 3 (Increase as
Plank hip touches x 50
Calf Raises on bricks x 50
Time was called at the 45 minute mark with maybe 2 complete rotations & the bricks & blocks were put to bed
