Originally, this morning was reserved for The Detention’s Hot4Teacher.  But, he had to make a call to the Bull-dog-Pen when fatherly duty called.  No worries, H4T, we got your back and only hope that you’ll make it over to GY real soon.  Here’s what YHC came up with on the fly.  And, the first time ever leading without the Winkie typed out on the phone.

Conditions:  Real Feel of 24 degrees.  It was cold.  And colder on the field, according to Hopper.

Mosey to the field and jog down the goaline, slidestep to the 10 yard line, jog down the 10 yard line, slidestep to the 20 yard line, jog down the 20-yard line and slide step to the 30 yard line, jog down the 30-yard line and slide step to the 40-yard line, jog down the 40-yard line and slide step to the 50-yard line, and then jog back to the goaline.

Your option, bearcrawl or lunge to the 25-yard line.

Down and Back 200-yard mosey and then mosey to the stairs behind the stadium bleachers and grab a step

Calf raises x 20 IC, up to the next set of stairs, calf raises (toes out) x 20 IC, and mosey to the pressbox wall for some People’s Chair (Arm-in-Arm) for 60 seconds.  Spackle and Floppy improved their relationship even more during this exercise.  Had something to do with Floppy’s “tights”

Mosey back to stairs for calf raises (heels in) x 20 IC and then mosey to concrete barrier by stairwell for Dips x 25 OYO.

Then, head over to stairwell to grab a concrete block and circle up.

Chest Press with block x 100 OYO

Put feet in blocks for BBSUs x 25 OYO, then run down stairs and back up stairs to concrete barrier by stairwell for Dips x 25 OYO and back to your block.

Standing Overhead Block Presses x 100 OYO; Static Hold Block over head and Flutter Kicks x 25 IC; then run down stairs and back up stairs to concrete barrier by stairwell for Dips x 25 OYO and back to your block.

Block Curls x 50 OYO; then run down stairs and back up stairs to concrete barrier by stairwell; Dips x 25 OYO; then run down stairs and back up stairs and head to pressbox wall for People’s chair x 60 seconds while passing a concrete block down the line x 3 times and recover.

Put up blocks and Mosey to the Flag.  Hand-Release Merkins x 20 OYO
