YHC was struggling to find motivation this morning with some slightly below ideal weather conditions. And as YHC sat in the parking lot alone until approx. 5:27am, thoughts of completing this workout solo were not pleasing. But the good Lord knows how to pick up our spirits, and today he sent FNG’s ready to workout. Inspired, the pax went to work to be get better together and introduce a couple of FNG’s to F3 and the Snakepit.

During this workout one person will be running at all times, the pax count will count off and will take turns running a lap throughout the entire workout as someone will always be running
Everyone must also have two bricks in hand at all times, except while running your lap

Stair Suicide with Bricks (Definitely a Crowd Pleaser, As if the Big Boy Stairs aren’t fun enough just add a couple of coupons to expand the fun)

Lunge Press to the top of the Stairs, 25 Merkins run down the Stairs
20 Squat Presses, 20 Curls of the Girls, 20 Tricep Extensions, Plank When Done
Stair Mary – One person sprints to the top of the stairs bricks in hand, while all other pax do exercise of the runners choice.
