Either no one noticed, no one cared, or no one wanted to relive it. I like to to think it’s the latter.

After a conversation with my brother, Bulldog, YHC figured it was time to pay a long overdue visit to the original Lexington AO, Graveyard.  There was a lot of talk of bear crawls the day before and for some reason the number seemed a little low on this humid morning.  With a lot going one for YHC, this back blast was a little delayed, but then I decided on a little experiment.  Just how long would it take before someone noticed it was missing and called me out.  You know, kept me accountable for the duties of the Q.  Well, yesterday was a week without hearing a word and YHC figured it was time to post it.  Not sure if no one noticed, no one cared, or no one wanted to relive it.  I like to to think it’s the latter.

  • Life seems to pass us by very quickly at times. Jump off the daily grinder and slow down for the very important moments in life. It may be as simple as saying “I love you” to your wife while looking into her eyes, or taking a few moments to enjoy your surroundings, or simply closing your eyes and saying a prayer about how blessed you are to have a job, home, and family. And don’t forget to take those deep breaths!
