Line up bricks on goal line and take a lap around the track
20 SSH (IC)
On your 6
10 flutter kicks (IC) turned into 20
20 TTT (IC)
On your 6
20 flutter kicks (IC)
20 Imperial Walkers
10 little baby arm circles (IC) Forward and Reverse
On your 6
40 flutter kicks (IC)
100 meter curl (Walk from end zone to end zone while curling)
Walk all the way back with bricks held high overhead.
Line up at the goal line with bricks.
Bear crawl with bricks every 10 yard line
Bear crawl to the first cone, do the exercise and sprint back to goal line. Do the same for every cone skipping the cones that were already done.
- 10 yard – 10 curls for the girls
- 20 yard – 10 bent over rows
- 30 yard – 10 overhead press
- 40 yard – 10 squats with brick
- 50 yard – 10 merkins
- 60 yard – 10 BBSU
- 70 yard – 10 American Hammer
- 80 yard – 10 shoulder taps
- 90 yard – 10 flutter kicks
Sprint back and leave bricks – sprint to other goal line
100 yard – plank until everyone arrives
Everyone lined up at the goal line for a random pick of a 10 count exercise before time ran out.
