Recap: Dirty bird Chicks went for a block about the AO. 6 Pax completed a multitude of exercises with a farmer’s carry of two blocks between exercises.

Today’s workout included a walk around the school while farmer’s carrying blocks. Dirty Bird made everyone flap wings prior to picking up blocks with 60 LBACs. Some exercises completed were BBSU, SSH, LBAC, Merkins, overhead press , curls, tricep extensions,. Great Work MEN.
