Some of the best “kick in the tail” Q’s, always come from the guys the lay back in the weeds and Q once or twice a year. These guys are always quiet, sometimes keep to themselves, are always out front, and are absolute stand-up gentlemen when you finally get them out of their shell and get to know them. Graveyard would certainly categorize our man, Digger, as this type. He’s always there. If he’s not, it’s because he has a good reason like….worked way too much the day before, needed to be a husband and a Dad, or made himself too sore the night before playing volleyball, or stayed up too late cheering on his Clemson Tigers. That’s right, first class dude!
So, we all could tell that Digger was waiting to bring out this one for his 50th birthday. The infamous RESPECT Q. And, here’s the quick recap of how it all went down.

Grab a partner and lineup on goaline for the Sease 50 (Uptown 50)
5 burpees on the goaline and then we did an exercise for 50 yards to the 50-yard line, then 5 more burpees

move over to the wall behind the bench for Wall Conveyor: (People’s Chair and sprint to the next wall for Balls to the Wall conveyor)
Mosey to the stairs for three sets of calf raises.
Mosey back to flag for 5 more minutes of tree sprints/suicides until time was called
Announcements/Prayer Requests: a lot of prayer requests today. Many dealing with loss of life and many dealing with cancer. It’s a brutal world we live in. Just be there for someone one day, gentlemen.
