YHC is always eager  to lead these great pax when the chance arises. Especially excited today due to the one year mark for Bray’s battle against cancer. Blue rhino brought his 2.1 muscles and he killed it out there. We posted for Bray and had a blast doing it! Today YHC was reminded of past Q’s that stuck out to me and we replicated some of the toughest exercises from the last several months. Here’s how it went down.

Conditions: perfectly clear and not to hot summer morning 72 degrees.

The thang:

Moleskin: These Pax were on fire today and put in excellent work! Am always encouraged to see people encourage each other to be better and get stronger. Great push from Rumblestrip to finish the donkey kicks on last round. Nice to see Punch Card putting in hard work out there! Overall I always enjoy the time spent with the Detention Pax and it was even better today to post for Bray our strongest member!

YHC was inspired today to talk about the challenges we face in this life. Here’s how the devo went.

F3 devotion take the mountain 7-20-17

I’ve been under a lot of stress recently with moving and not having found a house yet. And there are a lot of things that we are facing right now

But there are some of you here who are facing far greater challenges than what I am

Each of us are on a path and there may be mountains on our road mine may be small and yours may be big. But when that problem is right in front of us it consumes our vision and our thoughts.

There is a story in Joshua 14 where the land is being divided and Caleb Joshua’s old savage buddy who was the only one when they spied out the land that said come on let’s take these guys they’ll be like bread for us.

The land that Caleb was given was full of giants on the mountain. And staring at this mountain this consuming problem and he said in that moment give me the mountain.

Giants or no giants obstacles or easy he said I’m taking the mountain.

He realized that God wouldn’t put them on a path only to stop and look at the mountains

You weren’t meant to be paralyzed by the problem you were meant to take the mountain in your path.

so the problems that we all face are huge to us who face them but the God who made the mountains has given you power to take them.

Take a rock and remember that giants or no giants obstacles or easy God has not called you to look at the mountains. He has called you to overcome it.
