Great morning to be at Crypt with the 16 Pax prepared for a little work. Everyone was ready to roll. Great work by all, even though we really only did “two things”., the Pax were chattering and encouraging each other throughout.

Mosey to helipad:
SSH x 20 IC
TTT x 20 IC
Imperial Walker x 20 IC
Mosey to the crosswalk at the school sign:
Bear Crawl to the first street light
Return to the crosswalk
Bear Crawl to the second street light
Return to the crosswalk
Bear Crawl to the third street light
Return to the crosswalk
Bear Crawl to the fourth street light
Return to the crosswalk
Mosey to the top of the hill:
Run to the first inlet grate 10 Merkins
Return to the top, 10 squats
Run to the first inlet grate 10 Merkins, run to the second inlet 10 Merkins
Run to the first inlet, 10 squats, run to the top, 10 squats
Run back down the hill to the third inlet stopping at each inlet for 10 Merkins
Run back up the hill stopping at each grate for 10 squats
Repeat process to fourth and fifth inlet
Mosey to front of school:
LBC – x 20 IC
Flutter – x 20 IC
Iron Cross – x 20 IC
Merkins – x 15 IC
