Run around columns at entry ending at helicopter pad for warmup. SSHx15 ic, TTTx15 ic, LBACx15 ic each way, imperial walkers x 15 ic, crab cakes x 15 ic, chopper squats x 15 ic.

Mosey to lower end of parking lot for a little Dora 1-2-3. Partner up, 100 merkins, 200 BBSU, 300 squats. While 1 partner does exercise, the other one runs to the top of the lot and back down. Pick up counting where your partner left off. If you finish early help another team finish.

Mosey to the top of reaper hill and line up along the wall. Mini Dora 1-2-3. 10 decline merkins on my count. 20 incline merkins on my count. 30 step-ups (15 per leg) OYO. Didn’t have time for RandR, we’ll catch it next time.

Mosey to the first pulloff area on reaper hill. 5 burpees, run to top of hill, 6 burpees, run back down. Plank it up. So we did 5+6 of something for my birthday!!

 

Jail break back to shovel flag for 1 minute of Mary (not 6 cause we ran out of time), we did Boat/Canoe.

Devo:  encourage other PAX to post. Contact a guy you have not seen in a while. Sign up to Q. One of the F3 principles is rotating Q. I have not been q-ing enough so I am committing to Q more often. Get outside of your comfort zone, it hurts to initiate it but feels good after you do it. That’s called leadership and accountability. This group of men has made me a better man, physically (fitness) socially (fellowship) and spiritually (faith). These are the 3 F’s and they have changed my life for the better and they can change your life too!!

Naked Moleskin

As most of you know I started a Twitter frenzy on Sunday when I challenged the PAX to have 30 guys show up for my birthday/2yr anniversary Q.  Well 29 guys showed up.  How fitting that we were one guy short.  It helps me emphasize the message about contacting another guy.  Who was that one guy, was he an old friend, a neighbor, co-worker?  You know who that person is, the Holy Spirit put that name on your heart.  I challenge you (in God’s Love) to contact that one guy and invite him to the next workout.  Our job is to ask, then it’s God job to set them into motion and show up.  Keep that in mind, we have the easy job of asking, God does the heavy lifting.  Amen!!
