Mosey to behind the school for Circle Merkins on the tractor tires:
– put feet on tire and hands on ground for decline merkins
– keeping at a plank position, turn so that your left hand is on the tire and
the right is on the ground for unbalanced merkins
– keeping at a plank position, turn so that both hands are on tire and feet
on the ground for incline merkins
– keeping at a plank position, turn so that your right hand is on the tire
and the left is on the ground for unbalanced merkins
— Once you’ve completed your reps, sprint to Hop’s Greenhouse for
squat jumps with bricks in hand and return to your tire for the
next set
— Reps are 10-8-6-4-2
Mosey to benches and the short hill for the 300:
–With your partner, perform the following:
100 merkins while your partner runs to the top of the hill and performs 3 Mountain Man-Makers
100 squats while your partner runs to the top of the hill and performs 2 Mountain Man-Makers
100 BB sit-ups while your partner runs to the top of hill and performs 1 Mountain Man-Maker
Mosey to block pile:
–“21” squats with block (7 lower half, 7 upper half, and 7 full extension)
—Pick Your Poison = 10 burpees or curls with block; 10 clean and press or shoulder presses with block
Return Block and Mosey to Practice field.
— Push the Jon Boat 50 yards while the PAX follow behind performing burpees every 10 yards
— Rotate until all PAX have had the opportunity to push the boat
