This morning was the second running (can we call it that since we are technically a “Non-Running” AO) of CAT5. For those not familiar with CAT5, it is @F3CAT signature #AMRAP event. It includes stairs, merkins, lbc’s, with block curls for the girls and shoulder presses. The unique thing about CAT5 is like a hurricane, we can change directions and reverse the rotation. Today, we started under the bleachers of the stadium, (the pax could either run, ruck or walk this course). Go out into the stadium, hang a right and move at your desired method to the stairs that go up the top row directly in front of the right side of the press box. Climb the stairs to the top of press box. Once reaching the top, 21 merkins, and 21 lbc’s. Then, go down the stairs on the left side of the press box. Once at the bottom, grab a block for 21 CFG, and 21 shoulder presses. That’s one lap. For each lap, the reps go up by one for each exercise. Rinse and repeat until time called. You vs. You.’
