YHC wanted to put a workout together this morning that Cheech would be proud of. He knew the men of CAT would want the same. Work was done and we know in our hearts Cheech was smiling down on us! Here’s how it went down.
Weather: Pretty good actually. Never felt hot and the humidity was bearable. Maybe 72 degrees or so. Nice breeze coming out of the East.

Great work this morning from this great group of guys from @F3_C.A.T. These guys always bring their best and YHC was honored to lead them this morning!
We set out this morning to remember Cheech throughout the workout and to reflect on the impact he made while we had him here with us, and what I believe has been an even bigger impact since his passing. It’s been amazing to see how Cheech has affected so many in such a positive way. Cheech left a legacy we should all strive for. He left no doubt of the love he had for his God, his family, and his F3 brothers, and friends. What would your legacy be if you were gone tomorrow? This question reminds us of how precious life is and how blessed we are to have another day to work toward a legacy that God hopes for each of us to have. I mentioned this morning that I believe F3 is a vehicle gifted by God to help get us where he wants us to go. It’s evident to me in all the good happening around our F3/Fia community here in Lexington and throughout the country. None of us are perfect, but what’s awesome to me is that God is not done with us! He has great plans for us! Let’s continue to remember Cheech and the legacy he left behind and keep working every day we have on this Earth to build the legacy God wants from each of us. Aye!
