Today was a good morning for a little light arm work. Started with a mosey around the parking lot. While running, find a partner and then head to the blockpile and grab one block per team. Now the fun begins. YHC quickly learned counting to 3 was not for him. After the circle up, attempted a couple side straddle hops, and a couple is what they got. After the first round of embarrassment the real workout commenced.
The Thang
Start on goal line with block and partner.
Rep 1: Partner 1 begins with 300 curls for the girls between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to do some burpee broad jumps back to their partner. Switch it up til 300 C4TG are done. Then plank it up
Rep 2: Partner 1 begins with 250 over head press between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to bearcrawl back to their partner. Switch it up til 250 OHP are done. Then plank it up
Rep 3: Partner 1 begins with 200 decline merchins between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to do some burpee broad jumps back to their partner. Switch it up til 200 declines are done. Then plank it up
Rep 4: Partner 1 begins with 150 incline merchinss between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to bearcrawl back to their partner. Switch it up til 150 inclines are done. Then plank it up
After that we slowsey, very slow back to block pile.. 5 minutes short , so peoples chair for a minute and a half.
Mosey back to shovel flag.
