1 Burpee in 1 minute
2 Burpees for the next minute
3 Burpees for the next minute
4 Burpees for the next minute
5 Burpees for the next minute
6 Burpees for the next minute
7 Burpees for the next minute
8 Burpees for the next minute
Keep going until you are unable to reach your count in the minute.
Once that happens bear crawl over to the first glowing green bucket and do 20 merkins
Next bear crawl over to the next glowing green bucket and do 20 BBSU
Final crab walk back to the starting point and hold the plank position until everyone is finished .
Round 2
Repeat the burpee process by counting by two’s
Keep going until you are unable to reach your count in the minute.
Once that happens bear crawl over to the first glowing green bucket and do 20 merkins
Next bear crawl over to the next glowing green bucket and do 20 BBSU
Finally crab walk back to the starting point and hold the plank position until everyone is finished then return the Cider Blocks
