Burpee #Cantore with Surge Boys

9 men posted in the rain knowing that we would be doing burpees and getting their heart rate up.  YHC and WeeWee have made this AOQ week at Surge and its been two pretty different days from a weather perspective for sure.  Tuesday cold artic air blew down and covered us in the 20’s.  Today a rain storm has come through and brought rain and warm temps in the 60’s to us.  What has remained consistent are the workouts and the #Betterment that occurs as we make ourselves better and develop all 3Fs.  With that, let’s get into what we did today in the rain.

Conditions:  Rain and 60’s

One minute warning, FNGs, disclaimer and BOM prayer.

The Thang:

Rainy mosey

Devotion:

“Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.” (NIV) ( Philippians 2:4 )

What are you doing to raise up and grow the faiths of others? Are you investing back into the community of your church from which you receive much yourself? Be intentional about taking an interest in someone else’s faith. Leverage the relationship with your children’s friends to bring them to church. Mentor someone and help them grow to be a better person. Tap into your connections to help a friend find work. This week identify someone you want to reach out to, strategize how you can assist them, make an action plan, then follow through.
