Building Back Up at The Bounty

YHC had a pretty good run of posting at The Bounty last year.  But this year, not so much.  It’s very clear that missing time at The Bounty takes a toll on any so called “speed” YHC may have ever had.  It’s time to get back on it and see if I can get back to where I was or even better.  6 PAX showed up this morning with the same idea and I believe we took some steps in the right direction.  Here’s what happened out there this morning.

Mosey over to the track for a 800 meter warm up

Circle up on the track infield for some more stretching – YHC was especially tight this morning after a big boot camp on Saturday morning and a tough ride Saturday afternoon.

Line up on the track for a 1-mile Fartlek with 200m of slow jog and 200m of fast paced run.  Repeat for 1-mile

Line up for 200’s

200m x 4 with a 100m walk after each

Line up for 400m slow follow immediately by a fast 400

Repeat x 1

Line up for 100’s

Complete 4×100’s with a 100m walk after each

Cool down – Jog 800m then return to the virtual SF
