YHC was excited to visit the Boneyard Pax today since it had been several months since his last visit. This morning’s workout consisted of 8 pain stations of goodness for the enjoyment of said pax.
On minute warning, circle up, intro, disclaimer, search for fng, BOM, then Hi Ho Hi Ho it’s off to work we go…
The stations consisted of :
Flutter Kicks / Monkey Humpers
Hand Release Merkins/ Crunches
Rope Squats (Thanks No Help)/ Battle Ropes
Pull Ups/Hanging Knee RaisesBurpees/ More Burpees
Dips
Step Ups and a tire carry across the parking lot abnd back that served as a timer.
Each time the tire made a round trip the pax would rotate to the next station and perform that exercise until the trip was complete.
Good work was done by these brothers with minimal mumblechatter, at least that YHC paid attention to.
After an hour called a recovery,
