Several weeks ago YHC was asked by Strut to make an appearance on the Crypt Q sheet. Having never posted at Crypt – let alone Q – YHC was appreciative of the invitation and happy to oblige. The pax showed up willing to work and brought the mumble chatter as well. Here’s how it went down.

Mosey around the parking lot and circle up for COP
SSH x 15 IC
Imperial Walker x 15 IC
LBAC x 10 IC (forward and reverse)
Mosey to the block pile up on the hill, pick a good one, and return to the parking lot. The workout was a modified version of 11’s and went as follows:
Round 1: 10 curls 4 the girls; run to the bottom of the parking lot; 5 burpees. Rinse and repeat until 5 curls 4 the gurls and 10 burpees.
Round 2: 10 block squats; run to the bottom of the parking lot; 5 BBSU. Rinse and repeat until 5 block squats and 10 BBSU
Round 3: 10 shoulder press; run to the bottom of the parking lot; 5 merkins. Rinse and repeat until 5 shoulder press and 10 merkins.
*the pax covered just over 2mi in this workout.
Return the blocks to the block pile and then mosey to the shovel flag.
