Warm up lap around parking lot and mosey to the block pile and grab a block. The block will be carried with you and only put down when told. After you grab your block mosey with block OH to the dock.

-Inch worm with block up the court
-OH press X 25
-Squats X 20 with block
-Mosey to benches with block OH
-Step ups X 10 each leg (with block)
-Block KB swings X 25
-Dirty Hook Up x 25
-Mosey to playground
-Calf raises on 15 (2 count, with block)
-Pull ups 3 sets of 10 (NO BLOCK) 10 Merkins between each set
-Mosey back to block pile with block OH
-Monkey humpers 25 OYO
