Mosey to the block pile and pick a winner and head to the planter box for the beep test 30 second rounds of:
Merkins, OH Press, Curls for the girls, Tricep Extensions, Block rows, front raises, squats, step ups, RDL’s (Roman dead lifts), calf raises.
Rinse and repeat
Return to the block pile and switch out to pavers and head to front of the track.
10 Side raises
10 Front raises
10 OH press
(Finish up the last round and return the pavers)
Head to the parking lot for Mary.
