YHC was excited to be back at SnakePit for a weekday BC and lead the workout. Today’s workout came off a switch-a-roo with HB as YHC was originally slated to lead on Tuesday but scheduling conflicts arose and I was able to bring the heat on a “cool” fall morning. The pax quickly welcomed me back with remarks like, “I think you put your shirt where your pants go.” (All pax had layered and came in long sleeves, YHC only had his running tights on.)
