Copperhead Road: As promised we had a silly song with BunkBed. PAX were taught how to do Copperhead Road dance Bill’s Pickin’ Parlor Style. PAX kick feet up and swing arms then stomp forward in a four count groove. Great cardio burnout for the end of the workout.
