SSHs x 20 IC
TTT x 20 IC
Hold the Line mosey to bottom of Reaper Hill
LBACs x 10 IC into Overhead Claps x 10 IC into LBACs x 10 IC backwards
Hold the line mosey to 2nd light
Group Calf Raises x 20 IC
Monkey Humpers x 20 IC
Hold the Line mosey to the 4th light
High Plank x 10 IC into Right Arm Plank x 10 IC into Left Arm Plank x 10 IC into Low Plank x 10 IC
Hold the line mosey to top of Reaper Hill and split into 1s and 2s
1s jog down to first light from top and do 10 slow-mo Merkins on blocks and all out sprint back to the top while 2s stay and do LBCs. Then switch.
2nd go around: 1s jog down to block and do 20 slow-mo Merkins on blocks and all out sprint back to top of the hill. 2s are doing BBSUs. Then switch when 1s return
3rd go around: 1s jog down to block and do 30 curls with block then all-out sprint back to top of hill. 2s stay and do Flutter kicks. Then switch
4th go around: 1s jog down to block and do 40 shoulder presses then all out sprint to the top of hill. 2s stay and do Dead-Guy sit ups..then switch.
Hold the line mosey back to the flag
