It’s good to be back for another Q at Crypt. Since changing jobs YHC doesn’t venture over to Crypt as often, but since Breakfast Club needed a replacement it was too good of an opportunity to turn down.

Mosey through the parking lot with some High Knees and Butt Kicks and continue towards the helicopter pad and stop there for COP.
The workout went something like this:
SSH X 18 IC
Merkins X 10 IC
LBAC X 10, Forward and 10 Reverse, IC with overhead claps in the middle X 18 IC
Merkins X 10 on my count
Imperial Walkers X 19 IC.
Mosey around the school to the grass beside the school and bear crawl across.
Mosey towards Reaper hill and find a spot on the wall.
Decline Merkins X 10 on my count
Step-ups X 15 each leg on your own
Dips X 20 IC
Incline Merkins X 10 IC
Mosey to top of Reaper Hill
50 Squats on Your Own
Lunge downhill halfway to first light.
50 Merkins on your own. Offered to let No Help do 50 each arm.
Run backwards to top of hill.
50 Squats on your own while talking smack to Graveyard pax who wandered up the hill.
Mosey down to first light.
25 Merkins on your own.
25 BBSU on your own. Everyone faced downhill except Milli Vanilli.
Mosey to bottom of Reaper hill.
20 Burpees on your own. Ended up looking like 20 burpees as a group.
Mosey to tennis court hill for a round of 11’s.
Start with 1 merkin at the top. Run down the hill.
10 BBSU at the bottom, then back to the top.
Ran out of time halfway through.
Mosey to covered bridge and back to the shovel flag.
Flutter kicks X 38 IC for Cheech (not for you, Buttermaker) as YHC always does.
