Burpee Beep Challenge
Start with 1 burpee in 1 minute. Add burpee every minute until you can no longer complete the required number in a minute. Freestyle and Gills took First and Second with 19 burpees.
When you submit to the clock, bear crawl around the Pax and shoulder press with block the number of Pax still doing burpees.
Round Two. Same thing, but count by 2s for Burpee count. Again Freestyle and Gills are some amazing burpee stamina. To be young again!!!!
