Mosey over to the outdoor gym for COP

LBAC x 10 IC f/r
Imperial Walkers x 10 IC
TTT x 10 IC

Break up into three groups.  All exercises done OYO and move to next station OYO.

Station one: Pull-ups x 10
Station two: Tire flips x 10, Incline merkins x 10
Station three: Run down to the fire hydrant down the hill and back up

Goal was 10, most we hit was 5 rounds.
