7 pax show up and got better. this is what we did:
Warm up lap around parking lot
10 burpees OYO
Warm up stretched- TTT, Arm circles, Windmill, Imperial Walkers
Mosey to back of campus, run stair loop
Meet at top of driveway hill.
20 merkins, 20 squats, 50 flutter kicks, run up and down hill. Rinse and repeat X 10.
Mosey back to where the shovel flag should be….
