YHC loves the Hollow. The Pax not only work hard they show up 15 minutes early and that always sets the tone. YHC tried to change it up on the Pax, and it seemed to work as the some of the Pax were looking forward to moving blocks. Not on this day. Establish where the last pole is and mosey around the corner in front of the school
8 poles. 4 rounds. start with 8x exercise decrease one at each pole and sprint down the breezeway and wait for the 6. Mosey back to the starting pole.
