Beautiful Fall morning in Columbia- only 75 degrees and 90% humidity!

9 pax gathered in the gloom to take on the High Intensity Interval Training developed by Dr. Tabata.

These workouts consist of a 4 minute sequence of 1 exercise, performed for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest, repeated 8 times for the 4 minutes. Sounds pretty easy, right?
