7 minute AMRAP of:
Burpee broad jump to 2nd sign and then jog back to bottom
Mosey to Handy’s hill for:
Run to top of hill
1 “Bad idea” (1 lunge each leg + 1 squat = 1 bad idea)
run to bottom and complete two “bad ideas”
rinse and repeat until 10 are completed
5 minute EMOM:
Sprint to top of hill and back down
Mosey to parking lot for a burpee indian run
