The Thursday Night concert series at the IceHouse Amphitheater is in full effect in downtown Lexington. Taking that into consideration, coupled with the fact that YHC has not been to visit the Urban Legend in quite sometime, YHC thought it fitting to try our luck getting onto the stage for a 2 PAX Rock show.

ACT 1
Track 1: Flower (The Sally Song) by Moby
Air Squats-When the lyric “down” is sung we go down in squat position; when the lyric “up” is sung we return the the standing position
Track 2: Thunderstruck by AC/DC
Merkins-Hold the plank position, when the lyric “Thunder” or “Thunderstruck” is sung we complete a merkin returning to the plank position
Intermission
For Intermission we got off the stage and ran the steps through the amphitheater…up one side down the other hitting every step…..steps located stage left and stage right….each set done twice. Once that was finished we did stage left and stage right bleacher bounds. Each (both) PAX started at the bottom and leading with the right leg each time, we would bound to the next level of seating…on the stage left side, we did the same except we led with our left legs.

Track 3: Roxanne by The Police
Heel Touches-During the song the PAX perform heal touches…each time the lyric “Roxanne” or “Red Light” is sung a BBSU is performed…..it gets fun at the end.
Our Finale: Black Betty by Ram Jam
Burpees-Each time the lyric “Black Betty” is sung a burpee is performed. During this rendition, the PAX performed SSH throughout the duration of the lengthy guitar solo.
****During this finale it was nice to see Surge’s Dominion and Black Betty running with Stride through the amphitheater during Black Betty’s very own anthem. He yelled for us to play Thunderstruck next but YHC informed him we already did and are no longer taking requests.
