5 PAX came out on a 50 degree windy morning.
After disclaimer PAX moseyed to the section of the parking lot for the main event. Warm up with SS hops, waist rotation, tea party toe touches, merkins, Imperial walkers.
YHC wrote a series of exercises on parking curbs using sidewalk chalk. Each PAX does stated exercise for 2 minutes and move to another parking curb. Exercises consisted of toe taps, LBCs, mtn climbers, curls for the girls, overhead press, jump rope, squats with block, triceps extension. After each exercise PAX did 4 burpees.
After first trip through the exercises PAX started over doing each exercise for 1 minute and skipping the burpees for the remaining time.

Count and name o’rama. Welcome FNG Ken who is 46 years old and likes to camp. Campfire, merit-badge and Bear Bag, were some of the nicknames thrown out. Ken will be known henceforth as “Bear Bag.” Welcome Bear Bag.
