YHC had the honor of traveling down to the #BeechHouse to lead the newest and freshest AO in F3 Lexington. The weather was right, the golf cart posse rolled up in style and the lights were prompt and bright at 5am, which is the coolest feature at any AO in Lexington. As they say, it was showtime!

10 sumo squat jumps, decrease 1 at every pole.
Mosey around the far side of the parking lot and circle up in the center.
