7 pax posted for a test run of a 5:00 am run group. YHC was suprised to see such a good turnout with less than 24 hours notice (however, we are talking about F3 pax, so YHC shouldn’t have really been surprised). The run this morning was a flashback to YHC’s swagger days when the pax would run intervals down St. Andrews Road. Strong effort as always by the pax. The test will continue for a couple weeks and attendance will determine if this is a good idea.

1 mile at 75%-80% pace toward the dam
1 mile back at conversational pace to the Bait and Tackle shop
