Time to Revisit an Old Q

Conditions:  76° with 93% Humidity aka MUGGY

YHC reached into the Q list from almost 1 year ago to the date and pulled out a Q filled full of yoga posses and stretching, during which everyone talked about their feelings.  7 pax endured the test of mental and physical endurance to survive the 45 minutes of pain.  No one was hurt during the typing of this backblast, can’t say that about the workout.

Great effort by all today, guess YHC forgot about the yoga, stretching, and feelings he had promised at the beginning.  Everyone got better in the process.
