    • Kettlebell Ring of Fire – With 2 KBs, 2 Pax will perform an exercise while everyone else actively rest

      • 1 arm press & squats
    • 4 Square with Block – AMRAP, 20 reps at ea corner with 5 reps at center.  Center is always block burpee.  Corner exercises:
