- Kettlebell Ring of Fire – With 2 KBs, 2 Pax will perform an exercise while everyone else actively rest
- Swings & plank
- Curls & plank
- High Pull & squats
- 1 arm press & squats
- 4 Square with Block – AMRAP, 20 reps at ea corner with 5 reps at center. Center is always block burpee. Corner exercises:
- bench press
- curls
- back squat
- merkin with block drag across body
