The UF surprise that never was…

18 PAX took the field for a perfect morning at Riverland Hills Baptist Church for some UF. The big surprise was that YHC brought an aerobic disc to play UF with today. So we made the field HUGE in hopes that the PAX could figure out how to throw the aerobic 1,000,000 yards like they do in Youtube videos.

We couldn’t. After two throws that curved into the parking lot we gave up the aerobic for a regular frisbee, but didn’t shorten the field…which was a mistake. Your top 5 from today.

  1. Team odd numbered birthdays played suffocating defense today. FNG McStuffins and Bonsai covered team even numbered birthdays tighter than the lid on a pickle jar.
  2. Good to have Red Tee back out there today. He brought Pacer, and Pacer brought McStuffins- Red Tee’s all-american HS strong safety days broke through today and he was rock solid on defense for team odd numbered birthdays.
  3. The thing I LOVE about Double Fault and Cheddar. Anytime they catch the frisbee, they are looking to let it rip downfield. Into the wind, with the wind, it doesn’t matter. If they get the frisbee, start running and be ready.
  4. Chop Block did us all a favor and didn’t wear his hideous, disgusting, horrific looking orange gloves today. Instead he went with the one hand golf glove look. It worked- guy was on fire in the end zone catching dimes from the even numbered birthdays team.
  5. Good to have Phantom back out there. Been doing the newborn Dad thing and was able to get out for some UF action this morning.

FNG- Ben Jackson> he didn’t get to say anything, PAX already knew he was an orthopedic doctor> McStuffins it is
