The Thang: Tempo work down St. Andrews Rd. going from mosey to race pace and back to mosey on Dufresne’s call. LooseScrew decided to do his own thing since he got there late and didn’t know which way we went. Someone had an idea of hanging a dry erase board with the route for those that get there late.
