For 50 minutes we hit the circuit.
1 pax doing block work (swings/squats/thrusters)
1 pax run 100 meters and back (as the timer)
1 pax plank recovery or LBC recovery
1 pax cardio station (jump rope, burpees, mountain climbers, etc,)
Merkin wave for 2 min.

The circuit workout is a good way for Pax to get some mumble chatter and still get a high intensity cardio and strength workout.
