Recovery speed work

Two faithful pax showed for the post mudrun recovery ….. speed work?  Well, we did some light tempo work on the 4.6 mile out and back run.  At about a mile left, both of us started to feel the aches and pains surface.  Good thing we didn’t push too hard.

We discussed the prioritization of our daily lives including that of exercise and racing.  Ask me if you want to find out the consensus. 🙂
