Mosey to back of parking lot by practice field. Pax relieved not to see a big ‘ole green sack waiting on them, instead found a big ‘ole tire…
The plan: line up at tire 1st pax Flips Tire X 3, runs to 1st speed bump at bottom of Suicide Hill for Burpees X 5, runs up Suicide Hill to second speed bump for Big Boys X 10, runs to top of Suicide Hills for Squats X 20, Run back to tire and RnR. Pax waiting for turn to flip tire knock out AMRAP of Merkins until their up and the cycle begins. So how far can 3 Roost pax flip a tire in 45 minutes? With these men farther than you think, especially with a little running, burpees, big boys & squats thrown into the mix! We’ll leave it at if one more pax had posted & it was a Friday Nights Lights, pax would have paid admission to proceed! Good Work by all covered over 2 miles up & down hill!
