The PAX need to modify distance, reps and or sequence of exercises as they see fit.  If unable to perform pull up or you gas out on them do some body rows on the lower bars.  YHC will record reps/sets  on his black shorts with chalk.  Use your chalk for the same.  If you have an urge to eat the chalk you may be suffering from “pica” and in that case see your MD.  Don’t eat YHC’s chalk

At about 7:20 EST finish up your lap or set, and circle up on the field and watch Granola continue to work.

Clearly the oxygen to the PAX’s creative neurons was dismal at best.  Two FNGs take what they can get “Curb” and “Krusty”.  You’ll have to ask them if you want to know.

Job’s masculinity was firmly rooted in who he was, alone and naked, before God.  God makes men of all of us.

-Great to see 2 FNGs at TP today.  Great job with the EH Nailpop. remember Curb and Krusty it doesn’t get easier, but you do get better at it.  Looking forward to seeing both your names in the PAX list this week. Aye!
-Excellent effort put in by the PAX on a hard workout.  PAX modified as necessary to get In some good living.  YHC is relieved to say no knife hands were seen during the work out.
